Tips and Suggestions
Think about consistency. Customers identify with retailers
by branding and consistency. Over time, they become familiar with the
look and feel of your signs. If you change color schemes less frequently,
your customers will associate "your signs" with "your
company." Keep the message short. Your signs must be able to be
read at a glance by passing drivers. Keep your message generic unless
you really are promoting something specific. While all of the signs
below carry a "generic" message, the sign on the left can
only be used for a "President's Day" Sale. The three signs
on the right can be used for multiple events during the year i.e.. President's
Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc. Reusing the same signs
multiple times is a great way to stretch your advertising dollar.
|
|
|
Again, here on the left we have two more examples
of "generic message" sale signs. On the right is a sign
announcing a "specific message." Either way, the important
thing is to keep the message short and simple. The "Red Tag"
is widely used in the automotive industry. Remember to take advantage
of the economy of reusable signs. Over the course of the year
you can shave thousands of dollars off your sign event budget.
This is especially true when you incorporate our professional
sign spinners into your sign sale events. The production costs
for the arrows are substantial. But long-term sign spinner programs
are extremely affordable and effective. |
